Moderate hotel, my first choice in San Jose. Breakfast was fine and the location was unique. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was freshly decorated, had great sea views. Overall, extra special stay because of the lovely staff members. The pool area was nice too...

Enjoyed staff and rooms, they where fine. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. Beautiful bathroom and particularly good view. Also with its very good wifi I could post videos etc.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable, breakfast is VARIED and the staff are all accommodating. The units are impressive, well-appointed. Great area, very central location not far from the actual city centre and the center and old downtown.

a very special stay and great value-to-price ratio. very central location, fabulous staff. good beds, climate control, coffee/tea making machines and hairdryer were a nice touch. that was vibrant hotel set in family friendly area.

Regarding price, think it's fantastic value for money for San Jose. Flawless personnel and breathtaking location. Good service too.

Everything was excellent and neat, I loved location and food. Convenient access to the excellent beach located near the venue. Also, the area was cosmopolitan. Gorgeous reception. There were strong internet and reasonably priced parking available.

Views appeared to be unpleasant.

Right place for exploring San Jose. Check-in was quick, the service was exemplary! The breakfast was delightful, featured lots of meals.

We liked this central hotel. We stayed in a premium room with a private safe, a mini-fridge-bar and ironing facilities. We dined out at Restaurant Ana, set just walking distance from the property. It was worth its 5 stars.

Easy to get to Parque Diversiones, merced was also in front of the hotel. We would recommend it with confidence.

We would like to stay there on the next trip on our next trip to San Jose. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Soda Colon that was only 15 minutes' walk away.
